These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KidCue mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using KidCue, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About KidCue

KidCue is a routine and visual scheduling app designed to help families—especially children—understand daily activities through real-object visual cues.

KidCue is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers. Children may use the app only under adult supervision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to KidCue.

By using KidCue, you represent and warrant that:

3. Account and Access

Some features of KidCue may require an account or subscription.

You agree to:

KidCue is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

KidCue may offer free features as well as paid subscription plans.

If you purchase a subscription:

All payments are handled by Apple. KidCue does not store or process payment information directly.

5. Use of Photos and Content

KidCue allows you to capture or upload photos (for example, photos of real-life objects) to create visual routines.

You retain full ownership of your photos and content.

By using the Service, you grant KidCue a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality (e.g., generating visual cues).

KidCue does not sell, share, or use your photos for advertising.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service during the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using KidCue at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

Termination does not affect obligations that should survive, such as intellectual property rights and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., within the app).

Continued use of KidCue after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
